Depending on the results of our detailed discussions, we can take any number of estate planning steps for you.

This could include preparation of a will, development of a trust (revocable, irrevocable, testamentary, special needs, pet care), drafting of financial powers of attorney and an advance health care directive. In the case of someone who is incapacitated, we can request a court-ordered conservatorship. However, we prefer to proactively plan for incapacity through the appointment of proper successor trustees. We can also represent you in probate proceedings for an existing will or, absent a will, intestate succession.
